Pet Paradise Coconut Creek

This location is AMAZING! The employees at the front were super welcoming and answered all of the questions I had. They really made me feel comfortable dropping off my 2 year old dog for 3 nights and assured me that I could call anytime of day to check on him. I loved the report cards they sent me with pictures of my boy while I was gone and it made me so happy to see how much fun he was having. Usually when I pick my dog up from other boarding/day care places he is distressed and upset but when I picked up my pup from Coconut creek Pet Paradise, he was happy and full of excitement... I knew that he had the best time and was treated with lots of love. The employee at the front told me she enjoyed his presence and he gave her lots of hugs and kisses during his stay! When I dropped him off the girls at the front gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the room he would be staying in. I could go on and on forever... this location is great. Thank you guys for being the best and taking such good care of our animals!

Everyone here is amazing! Yvonne is the best groomer our dog has had and she is so patient and kind!! She does a great job all around. You can tell the people here truly do care about the animals. The girls in front are nice, knowledgeable and take care of us every time. Thank you ladies and Yvonne for finally giving our dog a place she feels safe in. She gets a little nervous but they are patient and loving with our pup. Thank you Pet Paradise!

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL especially Ivonne. No patience wire dogs at all!! I scheduled a full groom for my fifteen year old dog in advance and gave him all of his history. I'm met with the groomer and told her that he is going blind and deaf and you need to be patient with him but he is no threat whatsoever yet? I get a call 20 minutes later saying. That my dog is too wiggly and they can't groom him. Well duh. This is first time at that facility!! And you are telling me that every dog comes in there?!? She was already charging me at extra twenty dollars for a handling fee so what's the issue? I was taking my dog to Barker's pet center in Fort Lauderdale for the past 15 years. And the absolutely love him and have never had an issue with him. You are telling me that now my dog after 15 years has changed? Do expect all dogs to be complete angels when they walk into your facility?!? If you don't feel like coming to work then stay home but don't take it out on the dogs! Totally disgusted by this experience and I will never be stepping foot in this place again or recommending it. UPDATE I took Yoshi to Boca Veterinary Clinic to be groomed and they feel in love with him! Tia took her time and she was so impressed by his demeanor. Just proves again that dogs are a great judge of character!

I wanted to make a review for this company. If you value your pets’ health, please reconsider. Our little Shih Tzu is always with us and is/was in perfect health. She she even had a recent vet visit prior and her vet said she was in perfect health. We were traveling on a cruise and they wouldn’t allow her so we needed to board her for 4 days. I didn’t want to leave her anywhere really and it took me a lot of faith to put my trust in their care. I really trusted them with our precious baby. They seemed very friendly and the facility looked great on the outside. We left her thinking everything would be great. When I went to pick her up, I overheard one of them on the phone speaking to someone who complained their dog had diarrhea. One of the workers told the other one that another one was calling about diarrhea and tried to minimize. That was my first red flag. We brought her home and everything seemed fine but she started having diarrhea. I called them and they said it was probably the change in diet and anxiety, that she should be fine. All day she had horrible diarrhea, all night, even the next day, at one point she began vomiting. In her diarrhea I found what looked like a piece of tree bark. I was really concerned and called them again. I wanted them to look at her but they refused to see her claiming all their vets were out for many days. I asked them how they treat dogs in their care then without a vet and they didn’t seem to have an answer. They refused to take any responsibility. Her diarrhea continued and found out she had parasites she had picked up at the kennel. The vet said they see this a lot with boarding facilities. What is frustrating is that you leave your precious little one thinking everything is going to be ok, but apparently you will be sending them to Pet Parasites, not Pet Paradise…owners beware! Also, if something happens, you will be on your own.

I left my two dogs for 3 nights at their boarding facility. They did great ! They were taken out and played with the dogs and enjoyed themselves ! They were very alert and responsive when I would call to check in the on the dogs. They have webcams outside their facility so I was able to see them play and enjoy themselves. Will be definitely returning!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND IVONNE, the groomer at pet paradise. we only go to this location because of her - we have a 13 year old morkie and have had bad experiences in other grooming places. Ivonne is very sweet and delicate with our morkie, and does a fantastic job. She is the only person we trust grooming him due to his age & trouble standing on his back legs. She is amazing!

This place is great. Our dog had a blast playing in the pool and sprinklers. He loved it. We will for sure bring him here as often as possible. The staff that checked us in and out were excellent. It was busy but they were friendly and thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable before leaving our pup for the first time. The place smelled clean and not like ammonia like others we have been to in the past.
